If you are having trouble logging into the Online Booking System the following may shed some light on what the issue may be.

All students studying any unit or major within the school of Arts and Humanities are automatically registered with the system. Accounts are automatically created when a student successfully enrols in a SAH unit or a staff contract is processed.

This information is relevant for both ECU Staff and Students.

Username:

Your username is what is commonly refereed to as your ADS (Active Directory Services) username.

For students you would have been made aware of this username when you 'Activated' your ECU computing account.

For staff, you would have been made aware of this username when you applied for ECU Internet access.

As a student, if you have not yet activated your account, you can do so here.

This username is also the same username that you use to access your ECU email account.

If you have forgotten your ECU ADS username you can either

• Visit the ECU e-Lab Counter, or
• Call the ECU IT Service Desk on 6304 6000

Password:

Your password is the same password you set when you activated your ECU computing account. By default, unless otherwise reset, your password will be your date of birth backwards, YYYYMMDD.

If you have forgotten your password and wish to reset it, you can do so by one of the following means

• Reset it Online.
• Visit the ECU e-Lab Counter
• Visit Student Central
• Call the ECU IT Service Desk on 6304 6000
