This workshop provides basic principles of stress in terms of causes (physiological and psychological), types of stressors and various coping strategies. Activities will facilitate the process of participants becoming aware of their own stressors and recognising the different stress coping and management techniques they employ. The second part of the workshop will focus on stress in context of change; whether personal or organisational. By using basic theories and models, participants will learn how to cope with change and embrace potential opportunities rather than sustain stress of resisting to the inevitable.
