The Change Maze unit has been developed in view of the constant change organisations experience. It is necessary for staff to be aware of and understand the complexities of change. Being aware of the similarities of the organisation's and individual's change cycle they will be better equipped to deal with situations and people during the transition. Understanding the holistic approach to change will assist in planning for sustainability when new initiatives are considered. Strategies for the individual and the team to draw on support sustainability and lessen possible stress.
